About this policy

This policy explains how tuvimo handles information when you browse our website, create an account, generate or revise a game, purchase credits, or contact support. For privacy questions, use support@tuvimo.com.

Information we process and why

InformationHow it is used
Account and sign-in detailsYour name, email, profile details, and authentication records support sign-in, account access, and account security.
Prompts and reference imagesYour instructions, selected images, and relevant earlier game content are used to generate or revise the game you request.
Games and project historyGenerated game code, saved versions, project messages, and request status let you reopen work, playtest, and continue editing.
Payments and creditsOrder references, amounts, subscription status, and credit transactions support billing and account balances. Payment processors collect payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
Support messagesThe information and screenshots you send help us investigate problems, answer questions, and handle account requests.
Technical recordsRequest timing, errors, browser or device information, and security-related records help operate the service, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.

We use this information to deliver the features you request, keep accounts and payments working, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Avoid placing passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information in prompts, reference images, and support attachments.

What stays in your browser

Cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and help you return to unfinished work. Drafts can include your prompts, selected reference images, model choices, and edits. These drafts are saved in the browser you are using.

A browser draft is separate from an account-saved game. It does not automatically become available on another device. Clearing this site's cookies and storage can sign you out and remove local drafts. It does not, by itself, delete information already submitted to our servers or AI providers.

When you ask us to generate or revise a game, the content needed for that request is sent for processing. Games saved to your account, project history, and billing records are stored by the service so you can access them after signing in.

AI processing and other service providers

We use AI service providers to generate and revise games. Your prompt and relevant game content are sent to them to complete your request. If you add reference images, those images or links to them are included. When you request a change, the previous game's code may also be included so the change can be made.

We also use service providers for hosting, storage, sign-in, email, and payments. They receive the information needed to provide those services. Their handling and storage of information are governed by the applicable service agreements and privacy policies. Contact us if you need more information about how your content is handled before submitting confidential material.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to address fraud or abuse, or to protect users and the service.

What happens when you share a game

Creating a game does not automatically publish it. If you create a test or public sharing link, anyone who receives that link can access the shared game without your account. The link points to the version you chose to share; later edits do not automatically replace that version.

A shared link lets others play the selected game and read its published details. It does not give them access to your account details, private conversation, original prompts, or reference uploads. Any text or images included in the game itself can still be seen by players, so review the game before sharing it.

Revoking or replacing a sharing link disables access through that old link. It cannot remove copies or screenshots someone has already saved.

Retention and security

Account details and saved game records are retained to provide account access, project history, and the features you use. Payment, credit, security, and support records may need to be retained to resolve transactions, investigate issues, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Retention therefore depends on the record and its purpose, rather than a single period for all data.

You can request deletion through the contact below. We will review the scope of the request and explain if some records must be retained. Local browser copies are managed separately through your browser's site-data controls; third-party processing is also subject to the relevant provider's arrangements.

We use access controls and account authorization to restrict access to saved projects and account records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Your choices and data requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or request deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, email support@tuvimo.com from your account email where possible. Describe the information or account involved and the action you want. We may ask for information to verify account ownership before responding. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority where applicable.

To request account deletion, contact support. Cancel any subscription separately in your account's Billing page so future renewals are addressed while the deletion request is reviewed.
