Terms of Service
The rules for creating and sharing games, using your account, paying for subscriptions and credits, and contacting us about problems.

Using the service
By using tuvimo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms cover our website and tools for describing, generating, revising, previewing, and sharing browser games. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
AI generation is an iterative process. Results can contain errors, behave unexpectedly, or need further changes. Review and playtest a result before relying on it or sharing it. Access to a tool or model does not guarantee a particular design, gameplay quality, or technical outcome.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Local browser drafts are separate from account-saved projects. Clearing browser storage or switching devices can remove access to a local draft. Keep a copy of important work where an export or download is available.
Payments, subscriptions, and credits
The pricing page lists current plan prices, credit allowances, and extra credit packs. Review the billing period, total charge, and payment information at checkout before purchasing. Displayed USD prices and annual monthly equivalents are identified on the pricing page.
How does monthly billing work?
Your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Credits are added after each successful payment and expire 30 days later. Each plan’s price and credit allowance are listed on the pricing page.
Are annual credits delivered all at once?
Yes. You pay the full annual price once per year and receive the full year’s credits together, valid for 365 days. The monthly equivalent helps you compare plans; you are charged yearly, and credits are not delivered monthly.
What uses credits?
Each new game generation and each AI revision uses the selected model’s credit price, shown before submission. Playing an existing preview or reopening a saved version does not spend generation credits.
What happens if generation fails?
If generation fails, the credits used for that request are returned to your balance. Their original expiry dates stay the same. If a request remains stuck, contact support with its request ID.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused credits keep their original expiry dates. Renewing your plan or buying a pack does not extend them. You can check your remaining credits and their expiry dates on the Credits page in your account.
Can I buy extra credits?
With an active subscription, you can buy one-time credit packs from your account’s Credits page. These credits expire 365 days after they are added. Packs do not renew automatically, change your subscription, or unlock higher creation modes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in your account’s Billing page to stop future renewals. Check the updated status and service end date in Billing. Higher creation modes remain available through your active subscription period. Afterwards, you can use unexpired credits with Fast until their original expiry dates. Buying credit packs requires an active subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. Contact support if you need help.
How do I request a refund or report a billing issue?
Email support@tuvimo.com with your account email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We will review your payment and what happened, then reply to your request. Any refund rights you have under applicable law are unaffected.
Credits are service usage units, not money or a stored cash balance. A successful generation uses credits even if you later decide to revise or discard the result. If you believe a request or charge was recorded incorrectly, contact support so the relevant records can be reviewed.
Your inputs, generated games, and third-party content
You retain any rights you hold in prompts, images, and other content you provide. You must have permission to submit and use that material. You authorize us and the service providers involved in your request to process, store, and display it as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions, including sharing when you choose to publish.
We do not claim ownership of your inputs or generated games merely because you use the service. AI-generated output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. Using the service does not grant rights to someone else's characters, trademarks, music, images, or other protected material.
Before distributing or commercially using a game, review its code and content and obtain any permissions or licenses that apply. A paid subscription does not itself clear third-party rights or guarantee that an output is suitable for commercial release.
The platform's own branding, software, and original site content remain protected by their owners' rights. Curated or third-party example games keep their own licenses and attribution requirements; they are not transferred to you through a subscription.
Sharing games and playtesting
You decide whether to create a sharing link and which saved version it uses. Anyone with a test or public link may access that shared game. Check visible text, assets, controls, and gameplay before sending it to others, and avoid including private information.
A shared version does not automatically track later edits. You can revoke a link, but doing so cannot remove copies that others have already saved. You remain responsible for what you choose to publish and for the rights needed to share it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- Break applicable laws or infringe others' privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Create or distribute malware, credential theft, scams, or other harmful content.
- Attempt to access another user's account, private projects, or data without permission.
- Bypass access controls, exploit the credit system, or disrupt service operation.
- Submit material you do not have the right to use.
Closing an account or ending access
To request account closure, email support@tuvimo.com using your account email where possible. We may verify ownership before acting. Requesting deletion is separate from canceling a subscription: cancel through Billing as well to address future renewals while the request is reviewed.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, or a security issue. Data handling following closure is described in the retention section of the Privacy Policy.
Availability and limitations
The service relies on AI and other third-party systems. Models, features, and availability may change, and interruptions or errors can occur. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes where possible. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free generated games.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
